Full Property Management
Includes everything listed in leasing services, plus:
- Collecting the rent (online payment options provided to tenants).
- Taking and fielding all maintenance calls during and after business hours.
- Paying any bills the owner would like us to pay.
- Online access to full financial reporting.
- Scheduling outside vendors to perform tasks.
- Delivering pertinent notices.
Our fee for this service is equal to 5-10% of monthly rent and the leasing fee is 50% of one month’s rent.
